A call to understand the product, who it's for and when you need it. Then a written scope: what we build, what it costs, when it ships.
Nothing vague goes in, so nothing surprising comes out later. If the scope changes, the document changes first.
Stage 02 / Design
We start with the design system: colors, type, spacing and components, in both themes. Every screen after that is built from it, so the product stays consistent as it grows.
You review real pages in the browser, not slides. A change made in the system shows up on every screen at once.
Stage 03 / Build
Next.js, Supabase and Vercel. Auth, data, billing and admin tools, built in weekly increments and released to a live preview URL.
You test each release as it lands. Bugs get fixed while the code is fresh, and there is no big reveal at the end.
Stage 04 / Grow
The marketing plan is ready before the product ships: email list, landing pages, search and the tracking that tells us what worked.
After launch we run it: campaigns, content and reporting, by the same team that built the product.
